How to Create a USD Wallet

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create a USD Wallet 

Step 1: Start the Process

• On the homepage, click on the plus sign (+) beside the NGN icon"

• Click on generate USD wallet

• You’ll see the benefits of owning a USD wallet. Click "generate USD wallet" to proceed.

• Tick the terms and conditions box after reading the terms and  services

Why am I being asked for more verification details?
Although you already submitted information when you joined Africhange, this additional step is required to comply with regulatory requirements. Please follow the instructions to continue setting up your USD wallet.

• Click on the basic information and populate the fields.

• Click on Government ID and upload a valid ID with a validity of not less than 6 months

• Populate the compliance fields and click on continue

Note: The verification process may take up to 24 hours.

Step 2: Wallet Created

• Once your ID is verified, refresh the homepage.

• Voila! Your USD wallet has been successfully created.

• You can now click on the wallet to view all available wallets linked to your account.
