How to Convert Funds Between Wallets

To move money between your wallets, follow the simple steps below.

Step 1: Select Wallets and Complete Conversion

• Log in to your account, from your dashboard, click "Convert".

• Select the wallet you want to convert from and the wallet you want to convert to.

• In this example, you are converting from your USD wallet to your NGN wallet.

• Enter the amount you want to convert, and the equivalent amount in naira will be displayed.

• Click "Convert Money", check the confirmation page, and click on Yes, Proceed

• Review the transaction summary and click "Confirm".

Once confirmed, the conversion is completed instantly, and the converted amount will immediately reflect in your destination wallet.
