How to use the "Convert", "Move", and "Withdraw" feature.

CONVERT;

This feature allows you to easily convert the funds in your NGN wallet into your CAD wallet or vice versa within the Africhange app.

Kindly follow the steps below to use the convert funds from your CAD wallet into your NGN wallet;

• Open the Africhange app and log in,
• Click on the CONVERT 
• Select the wallet you intend to convert funds from (the CAD wallet in this case) 
• Input the amount you intend to convert to naira and click on convert money
• Review the transaction summary and click on confirm

• With this, you have successfully converted funds from your CAD wallet to your NGN wallet

  You can also follow this process to convert from your NGN wallet to CAD wallet

MOVE;

Africhange allows it's users to have two (2) distinct NGN wallets for the ease of transaction on the platform, each wallet allows you to transact seamlessly across borders, and they both have their distinct features.

The MOVE feature allows you to securely move funds from your NGN virtual wallet to your NGN beamer wallet and vice versa. Kindly see the steps below

• Open the Africhange app and log in,
• Click on see all as indicated in the illustration below.
• Select move 
• Make sure the NGN wallet with the movable funds is selected (Virtual wallet as in the illustration below)
• Click on the button to move funds to beamer account
• Input the amount your intend to move and select move money
• Review the transaction summary and click on confirm
• You have successfully moved funds from from your NGN virtual wallet into your Beamer wallet

WITHDRAW;

This feature allows to send funds from your NGN wallet into your NGN bank account or from your CAD wallet into your CAD bank account. The processing fee for NGN to NGN withdrawals is NGN1,000 while the processing fee for CAD to CAD withdrawals is 2 CAD.

Kindly follow the steps below to withdraw from your CAD wallet into your CAD bank account using interac email address

• Open the Africhange app and login
• Click on withdraw on your dashboard
• Select the wallet you want to withdraw from (CAD for the purpose of this illustration)
• You can select the delivery option of the withdrawal either via Interac which is instant or you can withdraw via Canadian bank account which gets processed within 3 business days. (interac is used for this illustration)
• Review the transaction summary and select purpose of payment

• Click on confirm and input the transaction pin.

  You have successfully withdrawn into your bank account and you can also follow the same protocol if you intend to withdraw from your NGN wallet to your bank account.
