What This Means
We understand that financial matters can be sensitive and, at times, frustrating. However, verbal abuse, harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory language, or any form of intimidation directed at our staff will not be tolerated. This includes communication via:

- Phone calls
- Social media
- In-person interactions (where applicable)
Our Actions
If a customer engages in abusive behavior, Africhange reserves the right to:
- Terminate the interaction immediately
- Limit future communication to written correspondence only
- Suspend or permanently close the customer’s account, depending on the severity of the incident
