You can request a transaction limit increase in three simple ways on the Africhange app.
Method 1: Request During a Transfer
Click Send on the home screen.
Enter an amount that exceeds your current transaction limit.
Click See limit details when the prompt appears.
Select Yes, Increase My Limit.
An instruction screen will appear, send an email to compliance@africhange.com and attach all the requested details.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation from the Compliance team and a notification in the app.
Method 2: Request from the Limits Page
From the Home page, click the Africhange icon.
Select Limits.
Choose the wallet currency you want to increase (e.g. CAD, NGN).
Click Request Temporary Limit Increase.
Send an email to compliance@africhange.com with all the required details.
Once approved, you will receive a response from the Compliance team.
Method 3: Request via Email Directly
You can also request a limit increase by sending an email directly.

Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation from the Compliance team.
