How Volume Discounts Works

We offer automatic volume discounts to reward customers who send higher transfer amounts each month.
When your total monthly transfers reach a set threshold, you’ll receive a better exchange rate instantly, no activation required.

How it works

• Start a transfer as usual

• Enter your amount and select your currencies

• If you qualify, you’ll see “Volume Discount applied” on the rate section

• Click it to view your improved rate breakdown

Your discounted rate is applied automatically before you complete payment.

What you’ll see in the app

When eligible:

• A Volume Discount applied label appears on the Send Money screen

• Your improved exchange rate is displayed

• You can click to view the rate breakdown and savings

Monthly discount thresholds

Important notes

• Discounts are calculated based on your total transfers within the month

• Applied automatically once you hit the threshold

• No opt-in required

• Rates reset at the beginning of each new month

• Applies only to eligible corridors
