How to Create and Manage Multiple Currency Wallets on Africhange

As a verified Africhange user, you can access multiple currency wallets, allowing you to hold and manage funds in GBP, CAD, EUR, USD, and NGN within your Africhange account. These wallets make it easier to manage multiple currencies and convert funds between your wallets.

To create an additional currency wallet on your Africhange account, kindly follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Africhange account.
• Navigate to the Wallets section.
• Select the Add Wallet icon (+) or the option to create a new currency wallet.
• Choose your preferred currency from the available options: GBP, CAD, EUR, USD, or NGN.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete wallet creation.

Once created, the new wallet will appear in your dashboard alongside your primary wallet.
 

How to Fund Your Secondary Wallet;
Secondary wallets can only be funded through currency conversion from your primary wallet.

To add funds to a secondary wallet, simply convert the required amount from your primary wallet into the currency of your choice using the convert feature on your dashboard.

Example;
If your primary wallet contains NGN and you want to fund your USD wallet, you can initiate a NGN-to-USD conversion. The converted funds will then be credited to your USD wallet.

Please note the following:
 -Secondary wallets cannot receive external deposits
Your secondary wallets are not designed to receive funds directly from external bank accounts or wallets. Funds can only be added through currency conversion from your primary wallet.

 -No virtual account details are provided
Virtual account details are not issued for secondary wallets. As a result, you cannot share bank account details for these wallets to receive payments or transfers from external sources.

-Currency conversion is required
If you need to fund a secondary wallet, you must first have sufficient funds in your primary wallet and then convert the funds into the desired currency.
