We will send you an email as soon as we receive your money and when we have processed your transfer. However, this does not necessarily mean the money has reached your recipient yet.
We will let you know by email if there's any issue with your transfer. Please keep an eye on your inbox when you set up a transfer, and if you don't see an email from us, check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Most of our communication will be through email, but we might call you if needed.
