We will send you an email as soon as we receive your money and when we have processed your transfer. However, this does not necessarily mean the money has reached your recipient yet.
If there's any issue with your transfer, we will let you know by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox when you set up a transfer, and if you don't see an email from us, check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Most of our communication will be through email, but we might give you a call if needed.
