Receiving USD from Wise

If You Are the Recipient:

Option 1: Receive from a Wise Account via ACH or Wire

1. Share your USD account details:

   • Provide your Africhange Account Number and Routing Number (ACH or Wire, depending on what Wise asks for).

2. Let the sender input your bank details:

   • The Wise sender will choose “Send to a bank account”, select USD as the currency, and manually enter your Africhange USD account details: full name, account number, and routing number.

   

    

   3. Wise processes the payment:

   1. • Wise ACH transfers will arrive in your Africhange account shortly.

      • Wise Wire transfers are faster and should arrive in your Africhange account within the same day

✅ If You Are the Sender Using Wise:

1. Log in to your Wise account.

2. Select “Send Money”.

3. Enter the amount in USD.

4. Choose “To a bank account”, not “to another Wise account”.

5. Enter the recipient's Africhange USD account details:

   • Full Name

   • USD Bank Account Number

   • Routing Number (ACH or Wire)

   • Bank Name

6. Complete the payment using your funding method (e.g., Wise balance, bank transfer, or card).

Note: Ensure all details match exactly to avoid delays — this helps reduce failed or delayed transfers.
