If your wallet balance is still zero after funding it, several factors could be causing this issue:

- Ensure that the transaction was completed and not pending or failed. Check your bank transaction history for confirmation.

- Double-check that you provided the correct wallet details when funding. Any errors in the wallet address or account information could result in the funds not being credited.
