If money was sent to the wrong account details, we may have to reject the money back to the sender, or in some cases it won’t even reach us.
To get the money back to the sender it usually takes:
- 3-5 working days for domestic payments
- 5-10 working days for international Swift payments
If the money hasn’t gotten back to them in that time, they should get in touch with their bank to set up a trace on the money. We can’t track money that was sent to the wrong details.
